Standard Chartered Singapore and Temasek Trust are offering fixed monthly cash stipends to a group of eligible low-income households served by AWWA for an 18-month period. The aim is to assess how added income stability can assist these families in prioritizing their long-term employment, skills training, and educational goals. Tri-Sector serves as the technical adviser for this Family Empowerment Programme.
