Family Empowerment Programme – Developing 17 Key Indicators to Measure Education, Skills Training, and Employment (ESE) Outcomes

AWWA, one of the largest multi-service social service agencies in Singapore, has launched a new income stability programme called the Family Empowerment Programme (FEP). The pilot programme aims to further research the needs of families receiving AWWA support services, and provide income stability to these households in chronic poverty with the aim of supporting them to focus on longer-term education, skills-training and employment (ESE) goals for their families.

Hong Kong Education PFS - Closing the Language Proficiency Gap for Ethnic Minorities

Tri-Sector Associates supported the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) and Oxfam Hong Kong in launching Hong Kong's first Pay-For-Success (PFS) project. The project focuses on scaling and optimizing a train-the-trainers model for early childhood education intervention to help Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) kindergarten students improve their Chinese proficiency.
