In response to the Singapore government’s call for increased community involvement in promoting youth mental well-being, the Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore) has developed Project X-CITE, a community-based well-being program designed to enhance the long-term mental well-being of youths by providing them with well-being management skills and mentoring support.
Tri-Sector Associates is proud to collaborate with CARE Singapore and other partners to implement the Pay For Success model for this project.
